Administrative Engineering 

(Fulltime)

As an Administrative Engineering Coordinator, you will handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and preparing reports. You will assist in managing budgets, expenditures, and vendor contracts while supporting the smooth daily operations of the engineering office. You will also manage and dispatch maintenance requests, ensuring efficient communication and workflow within the team.

What will you do:

Handle administrative duties like scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and preparing reports.

Assist with managing departmental budgets, expenditures, and vendor contracts.

Help manage the engineering office and ensure a smooth workflow, sometimes in the Chief Engineer's absence.

Manage and dispatch maintenance requests to the appropriate staff.

Your profile:

Administrative assistant with a high school diploma, some administrative or customer service experience. 

Good knowledge of office software like Microsoft Office. 

Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred. 2 years of experience in clerical or office administration. 

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills are essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. 

Fluent in English.
